Pulpo a Feira

Infortunately we do have to postbone this Event to Spring 2021

On Thursday and Friday evening 24th and 25th September 2020 we are delighted to welcome back the ‘Pulpieros’ from Galicia. Probably the most famous way of preparing octopus comes from Galicia in the north of Spain. At the ‘Fiesta del Pulpo’ the ‘Pulpieros do Carballiño’ cook the Galician dish of ‘Pulpo a feira’ for you in the time-honoured manner. 

The octopus is cooked in a copper pan and then cut into pieces with scissors when lukewarm. It is then served on wooden boards with coarse grain salt, paprika and olive oil.

Our ‘Pulpieros’ and the CU team in collaboration with #raquelfromspain are looking forward to welcoming you. Please book as place is limited.
